Thailand - Projectos Co-Criativos em Pai / Exploring Co-Creative Projects in Pai- Fev 2017

English Version

I mentioned in the previous chronicle that I came to Thailand to support the organization and participate in the Cross-Cultural Co-Creation Adventure (Thailand).
This annual event featured the experience of interaction and development of co-creation activities with the Huay Pu Keng population (occurring on the first weekend of each month) followed by 3 days in Pai. It is about these days in Pai that I would like to speak.
My friends, you have no idea how much information is collected and the intensity of sharing associated to it! The idea that comes to my head is to be pulled by my hands and feet and my spine stretch a good 10 cm 😄 Maybe it is not the best image, but it represents the feeling I have of what I grew up and the kind of speed associated to this growth.
This was only possible because of the second part of the #cocreate17 event, in Pai. On these days it was possible to reflect and elaborate on the lived experience of interaction with the refugee village and on other experiences of co-creation.

On the first day, the group was mainly composed by the participants of the weekend in the village. They could not all be present, but Christina and my companions Max, Kasey, Rimu, Nutcha and Payom, as well as the wonderful Argentine group and the two extraordinary ladies, Jennifer and Elaine, I can not fail to mention. They will all stay in my heart 😊

This elaboration was facilitated by Carolina Tocalli who, with great sensitivity, promoted co-creation through plastic expression, materialized in a tribute mural to the visited village, and by Chistina Jordan, who, with great wisdom, led the reflection through exercises of Co-creation by word.

The second day was enriched with the presence of more super interesting people and facilitated by Hester de Vries. We discussed some co-creation projects with both a local character or a more macro character, such as the definition of a program to protect children at the national level in Argentina. We ended with a visit to ongoing co-creation projects in Pai, linked to permaculture and education.

The third and final day, we were in the process of reflecting on how to bring these experiences of co-creation into each of own individual contexts. We ended with a visit to a reforestation and elephant protection project. It was so gooood!! You could say that it was magical !!
I have no doubt that 2017 started in the best way, with a January end and a February beginning truly inspiring! It remains for me to thank all those who accompanied me during these days and to life the opportunity I had 😊.
